Every year we like to rent a cabin and spend a week in the mountains. These shots are from this year’s trip with Lisa's sister and family.

Kirk > Lisa's favorite activity all week long was to just sit on the back deck and read.
Kirk > The cabin was set well off the road in a thick stand of very tall Aspens.

Kirk > One afternoon we drove to Park City to ride the zip line and the alpine slide. This is the zip line. You can see some of our group near the top on their way down.
Kirk > This is about the half way point where the riders start to slow down. On the upper half you can reach speeds of 50 MPH or more depending on your weight and the harness you get. A bad harness can leave you short of the finish.
Kirk > BAD HARNESS - Steve got stuck about 30 feet short of the platform at the finish. He had to rock back and forth to get all the way in. This was a very disappointing ride for him.
Kirk > The second half of our group.
Kirk > There was a wedding up on the mountain. When the ceremony was done the guests all rode down the Alpine Slide. I was waiting to get a shot of my two kids when the bride in her gown came flying down the mountain with a big smile on her face.
